The remarkable restoration process to bring SEVEN MEN FROM NOW back to its powerful original glory was initiated in 1999 by Michael Wayne, who presided over Batjac for 42 years. Michael worked with Bob Gitt of UCLA Film Archives for the initial restoration in 1999. Gretchen Wayne, wife of the late Michael Wayne and president of Batjac, polished the restoration using today’s digital technology in spring 2005.
